Shipping- We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $75.00 If your order is less than $75.00 a flat shipping rate of $5.95 will be applied at time of purchase.
Your order will be shipped out within 48 hours if received by 5:00 pm Eastern from the date of purchase Monday thru Friday. Holidays are excluded.
On line orders-For orders purchased online at www.onetenthboutique.com or at www.onetenth.boutique. Merchandise must be returned within 20 days of original order date for on line or instore credit only. All merchandise must be returned in the original condition and have the tags attached. We can’t accept returns that have any stains like make-up, tears, smell like perfume, smoke, or been washed. Items must be in the same condition as received. Please make sure to include a copy of your receipt and return form for processing. Shipping charges are non-refundable and is the customer responsibility. Accepted return items will be given a store credit. Store credits don’t include return shipping. If we receive the return after the 20 days, a store credit won’t be issued. A return fee of $10 will be issued to ship the returned items back.
If you received damaged items you must report this within 5 days of receiving merchandise or it cannot be returned.
Please allow 4-6 business days, once your return has been delivered to our office, for your return to be processed. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your return has been completed.
All items must be returned in their original packaging. Shoe boxes must be in the same condition and not smashed or damaged. They need to be returned in an appropriate shipping box to ensure no damage takes place.

If you wish to exchange an item for a new size, a full refund will be given for the same item if it’s still available. Our inventory changes quickly and we can’t guarantee item availability. Contact us as soon as possible to hold and/or check for item availability by sending an e-mail to

Please specify the new size along with the item number and brief description on the receipt that was shipped with your item.
All sale, clearance items, and jewelry are FINAL and cannot be returned. Jewelry may not be returned for an exchange or refund. If anything is received damaged or you received the wrong item, we will honor the return.
